Smart, Globe walang pinipili: Napuputulan rin ng signal si Duterte- Roque
President Rodrigo Duterte may be running the country, but he’s not spared from experiencing what an average Filipino deals with on a daily basis: dropped calls.
Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque on Friday (November 4) said Duterte’s cell signal also gets cut off at times.
“Bagama’t hindi niya hawak ang telepono, alam ko po napuputulan din siya kasi iyan ay karanasan nating lahat,” he said in an interview over dzMM radio with Ted Failon.
Roque, however, said Duterte does not always have his phone at hand.
He said the President’s mobile phone is either with Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go or one of his aides.
Roque mentioned Duterte’s experience with his mobile phone when the discussion with Failon shifted to the poor service given by telecommunications companies.
Duterte has repeatedly warned telcos to shape up or he will allow foreign players to enter the industry.
