Hulihin kaya? Duterte: Leftist leaders Agcaoili, Jalandoni flying back to PH for meeting

President Rodrigo Duterte revealed in a speech in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan over the weekend that former National Democratic Front negotiators Fidel Agcaoili and Luis Jalandoni plan to come back to the country to see him.
“Mga NPA… It’s time for you to surrender actually. Sinabi ko nga, hindi ako magsiguro lahat. By the grace of God, maawa si Allah, in two years baka magkaroon tayo ng kapayapaan,” Duterte said.
“Agcaoili and Jalandoni — I will not keep it a secret. I do not want iyang confidential-confidential. Pupunta dito sabi nila gusto nila akong kausapin. Ang problema nila pagka hinuli sila,” he added.
The chief executive said he called for a cluster meeting with the military to discuss the matter.
“So sabi ko talagang huhulihin kayo. Sabi niya, gusto daw nila ako makipag — makipag-ano sa kanila. So nagtawag ako ng cluster meeting kasali na mga military. So what do you think? Sabi nila, baka. Baka pala. It’s not a very big margin there. Pero baka pala. So, when I go back after Papua New Guinea and Singapore, I will make the announcement. Kaya usap tayo ulit kasi baka, baka pala. Sabagay ang [garbled] okay naman,” he said.
In November last year, Duterte terminated the peace negotiations with the communist rebels citing the latter’s continued attacks against government troops.
