Aguirre looks forward to fratman’s Senate testimony on Castillo hazing death
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II has lauded the decision of the Senate to release the revelations made by Aegis Juris fratman John Paul Solano concerning the death of his neophyte Horacio “Atio” Castillo III.
“It is good so it will be considered as part of the evidence in the case,” the Secretary said on Tuesday (October 17).
The Senate is expected to release this Wednesday (October 18) the testimony Solano made before an executive session last September 25.
His testimony will be released and submitted to the DOJ after Solano failed to make and submit a sworn affidavit about the fraternity initiation rites which led to the death of Atio.
Senators hope the release of Solano’s testimony would help in the ongoing preliminary probe of the Department of Justice (DOJ) over the death of Atio.
Solano is included as a respondent in the ongoing preliminary probe of the DOJ.
