Bato Dela Rosa says Kerwin’s mysterious lady drug lord is still alive
Philippine National Police Chief Bato Dela Rosa assured senators that the mysterious lady drug lord – Lovely Adam Impal – named by Kerwin Espinosa as one of his suppliers was still alive.
“She’s (Impal) located, buhay po sya your honor, nandyan pa,” said De La Rosa said during the Senate committee on public order and dangerous drugs Wednesday.
Espinosa said Impal was from Cagayan De Oro but she owned business and properties in Iligan City and Bukidnon. He described Impal as having “long hair, fair skin, mestiza, and a large woman.”
“One hundred percent alam ko na buhay pa siya (Impal). Sabi niya nakatira siya sa Makati (City) pero walang specific address,” said Espinosa.
Espinosa revealed that he was introduced to Impal by Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz who taught him the ins and outs of the big-time drug trade when they were detained inside the Bagong Buhay Rehabilitation Center (BBRC) in Lahug, Cebu City 2005. Diaz, the biggest drug lord in Central Visayas, was killed in a shootout with the police in Las Pinas City last June.
Espinosa said he has been getting drugs from Impal and Diaz since 2005.
