Bigyan ng citizenship ‘yan! Fox more useful than many Filipinos – Teddyboy Locsin
Australian missionary nun Patricia Fox should be given a Filipino citizenship for the all care and service she has given to the nation.
This was according to Ambassador Teddy Locsin Jr. who felt Fox was a way better person than other Filipinos in the country.
“What happened to the proposal to file a bill giving her Philippine citizenship; she’s more useful as a human being than a lot of native born Filipinos,” Locsin, the country’s permanent representative to the United Nations, tweeted.
“She cares; a bit impulsive but her heart’s in the right place and clearly she has one,” he said.
Fox could stay in the country for now after the Department of Justice nullified the Bureau of Immigration’s order forfeiting her on technical grounds.
Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra however directed the BI to hear the visa cancellation a case along with a deportation case against the Fox.
The immigration bureau earlier revoked the visa of Fox for alleged involvement in partisan political activities.
