Duterte finally says what he feels about Robredo: She’s my enemy
After months and days of keeping what he truly feels in check, President Rodrigo Duterte has finally got off his chest what he really thinks about Vice President Leni Robredo with a one liner.
In a speech before the Filipino community in Myanmar, Duterte called Robredo his enemy and an ambitious one to boot.
“Ang mga kalaban ko, si Leni apurado masyadong maging presidente,” said Duterte.
Duterte had previously declared that Robredo had nothing to do with a supposed plot to destabilize his government and the impeachment complaint filed against him by Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano
Duterte appointed Robredo his “housing queen” in the Cabinet but the gig did not lost long as the VP remained vocal in criticizing his policies, including his order allowing the burial of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
