Duterte offers ‘trip to Hong Kong’ reward for every dead ‘ninja’ cop

A reward awaits policemen who would kill a higher-ranking officer involved in illegal drugs.
President Rodrigo Duterte made this statement during his Cabinet meeting in Malacanang Palace on Tuesday afternoon.
“Ang mga police karamihan mga gago, putang ina kayo, puro nasa droga rin… Putang ina mga police, papatayin ko talaga kayo. Don’t give me that human rights… Police nandiyan ka sa droga? ‘Yung isang colonel… Sino ‘yun… Si Colonel… Hindi, ‘yung isa… Pinatay kagabi na police colonel nandiyan sa droga. Pati mga colonel…,” said Duterte.
The chief executive was referring to Supt. Santiago Rapiz who was killed in a drug buy-bust operation on Monday night by members of the Philippine National Police-Counter-Intelligence Task Force and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.
Any policeman who will kill a “superior” linked to illegal drugs will be rewarded a “prize” and a “trip to Hong Kong,” according to him.
The President said, “Tama ‘yun. I am going to reward that policeman… Totoo, if you want to convert it into money…”
