Is President Rodrigo Duterte now mad at the Bureau of Customs, especially in the wake of the recent smuggling of P6.4 billion of methamphetamine hydrochloride from China?
Sen. Panfilo Lacson raised this question on Friday, as new details continued to pile up over the irregularities surrounding the incident.
“Aren’t you mad at the BOC, Mr President? That’s 605kgs of high grade meth that slipped out of the Customs zone under their noses,” Lacson said in a tweet

Following a Senate hearing last Wednesday, senators had two figures in the mess detained for contempt, for being evasive in their questions.
Lacson said Richard Chen and Manny Li should think hard and tell the Blue Ribbon Committee everything they know, and to identify their “principals.”
