Here’s how China feels about NoKor’s nuclear, missile development
China is seriously concerned regarding North Korea’s nuclear and missile development, according to Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang.
He has also spoken of his country’s commitment to bringing about its neighbor’s denuclearization.
“China expresses serious concern with recent trends about North Korea’s nuclear and missile development,” a BBC News article published online on April 19 quoted Lu as saying.
“China is unswerving in its commitment to realising the denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula, maintaining the peace and stability of the Korean peninsula, and continue to solve matters through dialogue and negotiations,” he also said.
According to the article, Lu made the remark after North Korea’s Vice-Foreign Minister Han Song-ryol told BBC Pyongyang that it may test missiles weekly and would respond with a pre-emptive strike if the US was planning a military attack against them.
