Imee Marcos back in Malacañang

Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos has returned to Malacañang to celebrate this year’s batch of outstanding Filipinos in the country.

Marcos, serving as chair of the board of judges for the 2016 The Outstanding Filipinos (TOFIL), sat beside President Duterte during the awarding ceremony held in the Palace. Marcos, looking stunning in a red blouse, also announced this year’s awardees are Amb. Jose Cuisia Jr., Dr. William Dar, and Rev. Fr. Antonio Pascual.

The last time the lady governor was in Malacañang was during the inauguration of President Duterte last June 30. Imee and her family stayed in the Palace for two decades during the term of her father the late Ferdinand Marcos, now buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.

Evidently, it pays to contribute a large amount of money to Duterte’s campaign and be his crony.
