More Mocha trouble: Trillanes threatens to slap admin case vs dancer-turned-politiko
Communications Asst. Sec. Mocha Uson woes, insofar as Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV is concerned, is just starting to pile up as she could be facing not only criminal but administrative proceedings as well.
Following Uson’s “challenge” urging Trillanes to resign if he will not succeed in his libel case against her, on Wednesday said he’s already studying the possibility of hauling her to the Ombudsman for breach of any law governing public officials.
Trillanes noted that Uson is holding a position of an assistant secretary in the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
“Ngayon kung magre-resign sya, hindi sya magre-resign, I really don’t care. Gawin mo, magsayaw ka, huwag ka magsayaw, umayos ka, hindi ka umayos, I don’t care really,” he said addressed to Uson.
The senator said it’s obvious where Uson’s apparent confidence is coming from.
“Alam nya na kontrolado nila ‘yung DOJ (Department of Justice) kaya ganyan sya kakumpiyansa pero titingnan natin kung mapa-file natin ito sa Ombudsman (ng case),” he said.
