Nilaglag? Jiggy Manicad not included in Hugpong’s senatorial list

It looks like former broadcast journalist Jiggy Manicad has been dropped from the senatorial list endorsed by Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
During the Wednesday’s proclamation rally of Duterte’s Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) inside the jam-packed Tacloban, the name of the former Kapuso broadcaster was not among those mentioned by the Presidential daughter.
Endorsed by Duterte during the Tacloban event are Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos, former Special Assistant to the President Christopher Go, former Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon “Bong” Revilla, former Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, Deputy Speaker and Taguig City Rep. Pia Cayetano, former Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Bato dela Rosa, Maguindanao Rep. Zajid Mangudadatu, medical-blogger Dr. Willie Ong and former Presidential Political Adviser Francis Tolentino.
The names of re-electionist Senators Sonny Angara, Cynthia Villar, Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III, and Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito were also included in the list.
The event also highlighted the signing of coalition partnership between HNP and the once Lakas Christian-Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD).
Manicad was originally included in Duterte’s second list last October which is exclusive to the Davao Region.
Earlier this month, Manicad’s name was also included the recent overloaded line-up released by Hugpong.
