With shrinking brains, Duterte thinks drug addicts can find purpose by becoming fertlizers
Faced with the enormous problem of illegal drugs, President Rodrigo Duterte has taught of another way of dealing with them– turn them into fertilizers.
But by any other standards, it would also result in killing drug users whom he claimed to have reached alarming levels or a whopping four-million.
Duterte asked the people if they would rather see addicts back in the streets and risk the safety of everyone, including their loved ones.
“So I have — out of the four million, at a liberal computation, bigyan mo lang ako ng one million na buwang na. Anong gawain ko diyan sa mga ‘yan? Gawain kong fertilizer?,” he said.
“Magawa ko sa Mindanao ‘yan, dito hindi kayo magsumbong? Eh iyan ang problema natin,” he added.
The scourge of drugs had spread so much, Duterte said, that it has led to the criminal madness of the dreaded Maute Group that has allied itself with international terror group, ISIS.
“And Maute is IS. They have pledged allegiance to them. Matindi ang away diyan. Pumasok pa itong isang problema sa droga. Tapos tinuturuan niya tayo. Ito namang pasunod-sunod na mga g***** Pilipino,” he said.
