President Aquino’s annual State of the Nation Address (SONA) has become a family affair for some legislators and visitors who cannot pass up the chance to walk the red carpet. So once a year in Congress, you see legislators who either come (1) by his or her lonesome, (2) bring the lovely wife or happy husband, (3) a relative, or (4) all the children.
