Twitter buzz: Erap son Jake Ejercito backs Sereno for senator
There is a brewing online clamor for Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno to run for senator in the upcoming elections following her controversial ouster via a quo warranto petition.
Jake Ejercito, son of Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, is among the several netizens pushing for the senatorial bid of the embattled Chief Justice.
“Senator Sereno,” Jake tweeted, shortly after the Supreme Court granted a petition voiding Sereno’s appointment for supposed failure to submit required Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth.

Chief Justice Sereno's ouster can be used against this admin when the tide changes. For now, I hope Sereno runs for senator. #StandWithCJ
