Ipinunto pa ni Pangilinan ang reklamo ng mga nais na magparehistro na pumipila sila ng 7 hanggang 8 oras subalit inaabot ng cut off dahil sa dami ng mga nais magparehistro.
Dahil dito Balik na ulit sila kinabukasan subalit minsan puno narin at umuuwi nalang ang mga nasi magparehistro.
Ipinunto pa ni Pangilinan na noon 2013, 2016 at 2019 ang deadline ng voters registration ay October 31 kumpara ngayon na September 30 kung kailan pandemya.
