EU to PH: Comply with int’l standards for seafarers

The European Union (EU) has again told the Philippines to submit “concrete evidence” of its compliance to the provisions of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) for Seafarers until March 10, 2022.
