The National Union of People’s Lawyers (NUPL) on Thursday (Aug. 18) expressed dismay that one of its officials was one of the 16 persons who were charged by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for allegedly financing the terrorist group Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).
