Senator Bong Revilla is a man deeply in love and is not afraid to show it.
Revilla affirmed his undying love and devotion for his wife in celebration of her 55th birthday on April 13.
He even surprised his wife with a cake and bouquet of rose in a “birthday salubong.” The couple’s children, including Cavite Rep. Jolo Revilla, were also present for the happy occasion.
The senator penned a heartfelt message to his soulmate, saying he feels blessed to have Lani as his wife.
“Maligayang Kaarawan sa pinakamalaking biyaya sa akin ng Poong Maykapal Cong. Lani M. Revilla ang kabiyak ng aking puso na aking pinakamamahal,” the senator wrote on Facebook.
“Mama, I take this wonderful opportunity to thank you for everything. Salamat sa lahat lahat. Hindi ka lamang nagsisilbing ilaw ng ating tahanan, ikaw rin ang nagbibigay ng buhay at kulay sa aking mundo. Maswerte akong mabiyayaan ng katuwang sa buhay na walang sawang umiintindi sa akin at umaalalay,” he said.
The senator also praised Lani’s exceptional public service and her remarkable ability to be an amazing mother to their children.
“Salamat sa pagsisilbi mong liwanag ng aming mga buhay. Kung ilang beses man akong bawian ng buhay at mabubuhay muli, ikaw at ikaw ang pipiliin kong buong pusong mamahalin at makakasama habambuhay,” he said.
“We love you very much, Mama! Happy birthday!”
Meanwhile, Rep. Lani appreciated all the birthday love sent her way.
“I am a happy Mama,” she wrote on Facebook after receiving a birthday salubong from her family.
