Former Vice President Robredo had a heartwarming get-together with her politiko pals over the weekend.
Robredo reunited with politiko besties, mostly her batchmates when she was representative of Camarines Sur.
Among those present were former Laguna Rep. Sol Aragones, Quezon Governor Angelina Tan, Nueva Ecija 1st District Rep. Ging Suansing, Zambales Rep. Cheryll Montalla, and former Masbate 1st District Rep. Marvi Bravo.
The reunion dinner of the BFFs lasted for five hours, and Robredo admitted the lack of time for a longer bonding time.
“5-hour dinner with our Congress barked. Kulang oras lagi catching up,” Robredo captioned an Instagram shot of her politiko friends.
Aragones also shared the same snapshot of the group, labeling her politiko pals as “BESTFRIENDS FOREVER❤️✨.”
According to the former lawmaker, they may have ventured into different paths, but they have stayed friends all these years.
“Magkakaiba man ang mundong tinatahak natin ngayon..Sa lahat ng laban ng buhay hindi tayo nag-iwanan,” Aragones, former ABS-CBN journalist, said.
“Sa bagong yugto ng kwento nating magkakaibigan..At sa pagharap natin sa mga panibagong hamon ng buhay..Napakasarap isipin na lagi kayong andyan para umalalay,” she added.
Grateful for the precious reunion, she expressed gratitude to Robredo and other sisters for making the get-together happen.
