Alejano says Otso Diretso not ‘dilawan’: ‘That’s just propaganda’
Magdalo party-list Rep. Gary Alejano on Monday said the Otso Diretso team was not “dilawan” or just an extension of the Liberal Party, saying such an association was only propaganda by the administration.
Alejano was reacting to the comments of former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas’ campaign manager, Caloocan Rep. Egay Erice, that Roxas regretted wearing yellow during the 2016 elections and that he changed colors “to get away from (Aquino’s) shadow.”
“Tingin ko opinion lang yun ng campaign manager ni Mar Roxas, nakaraan na yon, tapos na yon,” he said.
Alejano said there were more important issues to talk about.
TIngin ko wag tayong mag-focus dun,” he said.
Alejano also said the Otso members still had good rapport.
“So far, maganda naman ang samahan namin, si Senator Mar Roxas, kasama si Bam Aquino,” he said.
