Bahala na kayo! Apolinario says NBI, SEC should pay for ‘blessings ‘ of 5M KAPA followers for raiding offices , freezing assets
After raiding his offices and freezing his assets, Pastor Joel Apolinario said the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for raiding the offices and freezing the assets of Kapa-Community Ministry.
“Ako almost six years nag-operate ng KAPA walang ka-problema problema.
Apolinario was referring to the “blessings” in the form of a guaranteed 30 percent monthly return on investments or “donations” of KAPA’s 5 million members. The NBI raided the house and 12 offices of KAPA on June 10 after President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the closure of KAPA and the arrest of its leaders. Apolinario was not present when the NBI served his arrest warrant in his his in General Santos City.
Apolinario said the monthly blessings of his flock were in jeopardy after the SEC obtained a freeze order from the Court of Appeals on KAPA’s deposits and assets.
