Bigatin ang backer! Mon Tulfo jumps to Radyo ng Bayan amid Iglesia ni Cristo’s libel threat

From being a constant presence on dwIZ radio’s airwaves, broadcaster Ramon Tulfo will soon be heard over the state-run Radyo ng Bayan (dzRB).

In his June 6 column for the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Tulfo said he had to leave dwIZ “so it would not get caught in the middle of my ongoing dispute with the Iglesia ni Cristo.”

The influential religious sect reportedly plans to file several libel cases against Tulfo over his March 4 Inquirer column where he wrote that policemen were able to confiscate several firearms inside an armory located within the church’s central headquarters along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.

Tulfo cursed Iglesia ni Cristo on his dWIZ show last May in response to its threat against him.

“File kayo nang file, sige, file kayo lahat buong bansa t*** i** niyo!” he said.

“Wala na kayong power! Siguro yung dating administrasyon takot sa inyo. Panahon ni Digong, wala sila! Wag nga kayong masyadong sensitive,” Tulfo said.

To INC’s supposed threat to file libel cases against him all over the country, the outspoken broadcaster remarked: “H****t kayo!”

Tulfo did not give details on what his new show on dzRB will be.
