Senatorial candidate Bong Revilla today assured workers that he will continue to be “pro labor” if given another chance to serve as Senator.

On Labor Day, Revilla saluted the Filipino worker and thanked them for their contributions to the country’s progress.

Labor groups conducting a study called “Know your Candidates” had earlier lauded Revilla for fostering the development, rights, and welfare of Filipino workers.

Defend Job Philippines pointed out Revilla’s favorable stands on key issues concerning the labor sector.

These include ending contractualization, wage increase, benefits, occupational health and safety , right to organization, trade union repression, child labor, labor export policy and migration, and poverty alleviation.
