Former Senator Bongbong Marcos is saddened by the passing of tycoon and political kingmaker Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco Jr.
Upon receiving news about the death of the business magnate, Marcos said he considers Cojuangco a “rock” in his life.”
“Goodbye Tito Danding. You were a rock in my life. Go with God now to a better place,” he wrote on Instagram.
Cojuangco, chairman of San Miguel Corporation, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 85. Cojuangco, former Tarlac governor and congressman, is known for his close ties with the late President Ferdinand Marcos.
