Did he or didn’t he? Guevarra to ask Aguirre about alleged order to shred documents
By: James Hernandez
Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra intends to confront his predecessor, Vitaliano Aguirre II, about the alleged shredding of documents at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
“Aalamin namin who gave the order and what kinds of documents were disposed of,” the Secretary said on Monday (April 16).
“In fairness to Sec. Vit, I will also ask him,” he assured.
Photos of several plastic bags filled with supposed shredded documents have started to become viral on the internet.
Aguirre has already denied that he has been involved in any shredding of documents at the DOJ.
The former Secretary said that should this be true there is nothing wrong with it.
