Dinamay na rin! ‘Ang Totoong Narco List’ accuses Sara Duterte’s husband of getting over P1B in drug payoffs
A new video based on the confession of a supposed whistleblower has linked the husband of Davao City mayor Sara Duterte to the illegal drug trade.
Episode 4 of “Ang Totoong Narco List,” released Saturday (April 13), claimed Manases Carpio received payoffs from the drug syndicate where the self-styled whistleblower, alias Bikoy, supposedly worked.
He allegedly used the codename JENNABAY-TSG003 for drug-related transactions.
A computation of the amounts supposedly deposited into Carpio’s international bank accounts showed he received over P1.180 billion in payoffs from the drug syndicate from 2010.
The video’s narrator said Carpio’s participation in the illegal drug trade was clear because his name was indicated in the “tara,” or list of recipients of kickbacks from drug-related transactions.
Previous episodes of “Ang Totoong Narco List” tagged Sara’s brother, former Davao City vice mayor Paolo Duterte, her teenage sister Veronica and former Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go as among those who benefited from the drug syndicate’s operations.
The Dutertes and Go have dismissed the allegations as a smear campaign.
“Bikoy” said he will reveal the organizational structure of the drug syndicate he used to work for in a succeeding video.
He also hinted he will show his face soon to explain how he came to know about Go’s tattoo, which the latter already disproved by showing his back.
