Proud mom moment.
Vice President Leni Robredo is beaming with pride after her daughter Janine Patricia “Tricia” Robredo passed the 2020 Physician Licensure Examination.
“Doctor na si Tricia!!! 💙💙💙,” Robredo wrote on Facebook early Thursday morning, marking the milestone of her daughter. She included a photo with her daughters celebrating Tricia’s achievement and a snapshot of her name on the list of passers.
In a later post on Twitter, Robredo congratulated her daughter, admitting that children’s achievements are way “sweeter” that those of the parents.
“Our children’s achievements are always sweeter than our own. Congratulations, Trish,” she said.”Thank you for making us proud many times over.”
Tricia joined the list of more than 3,000 medical students who hurdled this year’s exams given by the Professional Regulaton Commission.
The young Robredo recently graduated with a dual degree of Doctor of Medicine and Master in Business Administration from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.
Tricia also shared the good news on her Twitter feed: “Para sa lahat ng naniwala. Finally a licensed doctor.”
