Don’t f*ck with me girls: Duterte tells Callamard, Bensouda they can’t investigate him

President Rodrigo Duterte has issued a stern warning to the women planning to investigate him over alleged human rights violations: “Do not f*ck with me.”

Duterte made the statement Wednesday (March 7) as he reiterated his belief that the International Criminal Court (ICC) will barely make progress in its investigation because it has no jurisdiction over him.

“I assure you ‘pag tumatanggap pa lang ng subpoena sabihin ko sa kanila, ‘determine first if you have jurisdiction over my person and the criminal acts that I allegedly committed,'” he said.

Duterte then took a potshot at United Nations Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard, who has expressed interest in probing the administration’s war on drugs.

“Mahabol nila eh pero pagka ngayon magkasalubong kami, ah lalo ‘yung mga mga abogado nila ‘yung itim pati ‘yung isa ’yung payat, si Callamard, undernourished, walang kain,” he said. “Don’t f*** with me, girls. Kaya ako nasasaktan ho.”

ICC’s chief prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, is a black woman.
