Duterte arrives 3.5 hours late for PMC visit
By Prince Golez
President Rodrigo Duterte arrived late at the Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) event Monday.
The event was set at 4 p.m, but Duterte came three and a half hours late.
The President visited the PMC to award the Order of Lapu-Lapu with the Ranks of Kampilan and Kamagi to soldiers who actively participated in the liberation of Marawi City.
He also witnessed the ceremonial turnover of military equipment and firearms to the marine corps.
Aside from his foul-mouthed speeches, Duterte is also notorious for his habitual tardiness in public engagements.
