Duterte, Misuari meet anew in Malacañang

For the third time this year, President Rodrigo Duterte and Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) founder Nur Misuari had a meeting Tuesday evening in Malacañang.
Palace has yet to release details of the meeting.
Also present at the meeting were Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Carlito Galvez Jr., Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol, and Senator Christopher Go.
Duterte and Misuari previously met in Malacañang on February 25 and March 19.
To recall, the President had asked the court to allow the MNLF leader, who is facing graft and malversation raps over an allegedly anomalous purchase of educational materials amounting to P77 million when he was governor of the then Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, to travel abroad to attend several meetings.
During their second meeting, Duterte said Misuari threatened to go to war if the government fails to shift to a federal system.
