Duterte mocks the Appointed Son of God: ‘Itong mga droga, stop’

Talking about the drug problem in the Philippines, President Rodrigo Duterte made fun of his long-time friend Pastor Apollo Quiboloy’s claim that he stopped an earthquake from destroying Mindanao.

“Put*ng i*a itong mga droga. I’ll say it again for the nth time: Itong mga droga, stop! Hindi ako sa Quiboloy ha. Papatayin ko talaga kayo,” Duterte said during the situational briefing on the Taal volcano eruption in Batangas on Tuesday.

Quiboloy, the self-proclaimed “Appointed Son of God,” is the founder and leader of religious group Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

“Totoo yan hindi ako magtago. I will not hide my hatred and contempt,” Duterte said.

He also likened criminals, particularly drug lords, to dogs.

“Yung ganun tingin ko sa mga drug lords. Putang ina para kang aso sa akin. Totoo lang, in my paradigm, in my dimension, ang mga kriminal na pinapahirapan ang kapwa tao nila.”
