President Rodrigo Duterte’s use of gutter language in public addresses will continue up to the last day of his term.

Asked how he would describe his leadership style, Duterte told CNN Philippines: “Ako, masama ang bunganga ko talaga. Nag puputang ina ako nationwife. Kung galit ako ganun.”

The President said his profanities are “part of my being.”

“I will not change my… ano ko na ito eh… my whole being. It’s not just my ugali. It’s not just my penchant to use cuss words. Ano ko na ito, part of my being. So I will not,” he added.

To recall, Duterte called Pope Francis a “son of a bitch” for supposedly causing traffic during his visit in 2015.

He also cursed then United States President Barack Obama for raising concerns about the human rights violation cases in relation to the government’s crackdown on illegal drugs.
