While the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Office of the Solicitor General and the House of Representatives pointed fingers at each other, Bayan Muna party-list Rep. Eufemia Cullamat pinned the blame for ABS-CBN’s closure on President Rodrigo Duterte.

The Makabayan lawmaker said it was Duterte who was utimately to blame for the closure.
