“Mayroong iba diyan because wala silang nakuha kay (vaccine czar Secretary Carlito) Galvez (Jr.) kay wala man talaga, walang pera, laway pa lang ito lahat, conversation, istorya, mayroon na nagsasabi may corruption o na they were able to obstruct or prevent corruption because of their timely… Alam mo mga bulador kayo,” Duterte said in his televised address.

“Mag-usap nga tayo, iyang tayo lang. Kung sinong nagsabi niyan, please rise and be brave enough to say that you are the one. I’d like to talk to you, tayo lang dalawa. Maski saan mo gusto, sa bahay mo para medyo maganda ang usapan o hindi sa labas kasi bawal,” he added.

The Chief Executive also urged the public not to believe the claims of critics, saying they are only “muddling” vaccination program of the national government.
“I take exception to itong statement that they were able to prevent corruption or an overprice because of their vigilance. No. Far from it actually. You were just muddling,” said Duterte.
“Matagal pa ‘yan at dadaan pa ‘yan kay (Finance Secretary Carlos) Dominguez and you know how Dominguez is. Tignan mo kung makalusot ‘yan kay Dominguez. Okay ‘yan… The decision of Galvez is not the sum total of it all. It has to be reviewed,” he also said.
Senator Panfilo Lacson earlier said that the hearings the Senate conducted on the government’s vaccination plan might have helped prevent graft issues in the vaccine procurement.
