Duterte warns former Marawi Mayor Solitario Ali not to show his face or he’ll be shot: ‎Makipag-areglo ka muna kay Dureza

President Rodrigo Duterte has no plans of talking to former Marawi City Mayor Solitario Ali who has been ordered arrested along with his brother, former Marawi City Mayor Fajad Salic, for rebellion and being supporters and spies of Maute Group and Abu Sayyaf Group.

Salic was arrested Thursday while Ali was a fugitive and looking to seek an audience with Duterte to give his side.

Duterte said he spoke with Ali on the phone and told him not to show his face ‎because he would be arrested and probably killed. He suggested that Ali explain his side to Presidential Peace Adviser Jess Duerza who tapped Ali as an adviser in his office.

In a speech in sultan Kudarat, Duterte said: “Tumawag si Solitario.

‎Duterte was conviced that Ali and his brother were the main conspirators in the take over of the ISIS-backed terrorists group since May 22 (Duterte declared martial law in Mindanao on May 23).

“Kayo, well, pinapasok ninyo ang ISIS. You know, ISIS does not do anything except to kill and destroy. Bakit ninyo ginusto ‘yang grupo na ‘yan,” he said.

“You talk first to Dureza. Sabi ko, then you go to Lorenzana. Tapos ngayon, karami niyong daldal. Kesyo ano, kesyo — do not give me that bull shit,” he added.
