House Majority Floor Leader Rudy Fariñas bared on the plenary floor Tuesday (February 7) that one of three “narco-congressmen” have been stricken off the list of narco-officials that’s in the possession of Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez.

Fariñas said that the unidentified congressman was delisted due to a “mistake.”

Fariñas also said that he would be meeting with Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Director-General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Director-General Isidro Lapeña Wednesday, February 8 as part of the House leadership’s investigation on their colleagues ended up on the list.

The Majority Floor Leader, noting information from Alvarez, earlier said that names of three House of Representatives (HOR) members appeared on the list. The list was given to Alvarez by President Rodrigo Duterte.

Fariñas earlier said that of three, two were from Luzon while one was from Mindanao.

The trio were alleged protectors of illegal drugs.
