Flop na, credit-grabber pa! 6 of 10 infra projects finished under Duterte were initiated by Aquino, Arroyo

Flagship Projects Vince Dizon wants you to believe that the Duterte administration has built 10 major infrastructure projects under the “Build, Build, Build” program to counter Senator Franklin Drilon’s scathing “dismal failure” comment.
Dizon submitted a list of 10 finished projects to Malacanang which Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo was quick to use to rebut Drilon’s diss that only two of the 75 flagship projets were fnished in three years.
But eagle-eyed Twitizen, Dan Santos (@DanSantos8), was quick to punch the lies in Dizon’s spin.
In a tweet, Santos said six of the 10 completed projects Panelo cited from Dizon’s feed were actually initiated during the terms of President Noy Aquino and Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
These are:
1) Governor Miranda Bridge (Davao del Norte) which kicked off in 2015
2) Laguna Lake Highway which started in 2014
3) Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway (TPLEx) – Pozorrubio which
started in 2010
4) Bohol – Panglao International Airport which was awarded in 2015
5) Communications Navigation System/ Air Traffic Management (CNS/ ATM)
which was approved under Arroyo
6) New Clark City (originally Clark Green City) which had a
groundbreaking in April 2016

This leaves only four projects that were actually built under Duterte, two of which were private sector initiatives: NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 of the Salim-MVP Group; P459 million Pigalo Bridge in Isabela; Cagayan de Oro Passenger Terminal Building; and the Cavite Gateway Terminal of International Container Terminal Services Inc.
Panelo even insulted Drilon as “either too lethargic to get his facts straight or is unable to contain the opposition’s penchant to foist false narratives.”
No wonder Dizon was adamant that media stop branding infrastructure projects on a per administration basis. His body of work will be unmasked as a total flop.
