Going strong: Tolentino surges in Pulse Asia survey

Administration senatorial bet and former Presidential Political Adviser Francis Tolentino has solidified his position in the list potential winners in the May polls based on the latest survey from Pulse Asia.

Tolentino is now ranked 10th based on the latest figures from Pulse Asia conducted from March 23 to 27.

The survey showed 35.7 percent of the responsidents would vote for Tolentino, former chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), in the upcoming elections.

Independent reelectionist Sen. Grace Poe kept the top spot in the Pulse Asia senatorial survey, followed by reelectionist Sen. Cynthia Villar.

Reelectionist Sen. Juan Edgardo ‘Sonny’ Angara placed third place while former Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence Go came at fourth.

The same survey result showed that at least nine senatorial bets backed by Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte’s Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) have entered the Magic 12 based on Pulse Asia’s March survey.
