The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is putting up one-stop shop where displaced ABS-CBN employees can apply for jobs, Malacañang said Thursday.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III confirmed this to him during a telephone interview.

On Wednesday, ABS-CBN said it would start retrenching employees on August 31 after the House committee on legislative franchises earlier reject the broadcast network’s application for a new franchise.
