Palace Spokesman Harry Roque said he will recommend the use of quarantine passes in Metro Manila, which has been under general community quarantine (GCQ) since June 1.
This, according to Roque, would limit the movement of people in the streets and force them to stay home.
Roque had earlier raised the possibility of Metro Manila reverting to modified enhanced community quarantine due to the continuing increase in coronavirus disease cases in the capital region.
