Former senator Antonio Trillanes IV has decided to join the academe after a 12-year stint in the legislative branch.
Trillanes told ANC Tuesday (July 30) that he will be teaching at the University of the Philippines Diliman and Ateneo De Manila University this semester.
He said he will be teaching public policy at UP while the subject he will handle at ADMU are still being discussed.
“It’s a more relaxed life after the Senate and right now I’m preparing for my teacher work this coming semesters,” Trillanes said of his life after the Senate.
Trillanes, a former soldier, has a master’s degree in Public Administration, Major in Public Policy and Program Management from UP.
