Inconsistent in their way of treating investigations

Ninez Cacho-Olivares: Don’t look now, but Leila de Lima and her justice prosecutors are being terribly inconsistent in their way of treating investigations and of course complaints and evidence. While De Lima clearly was ultra-selective in investigating and getting the three opposition senators, Juan Ponce-Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla charged with plunder in the alleged Ampatuan bribery of her undersecretary, Francisco Baraan lll and the list of persons in the prosecution team who were alleged to have been bribed with millions, as claimed by private prosecutor Nena Santos. The Daily Tribune

Ninez Cacho-Olivares : Moreover, even as Leila stated to reporters that an investigation will be conducted on this alleged bribery but she cleared the prosecutors of any wrongdoing beforehand. This,  despite the fact that she controls and supervises the agency that will be investigating the matter. The Daily Tribune

Ninez Cacho-Olivares: nbsp; But this is to say that Leila and her DoJ prosecutors, as well as her National Bureau of Investigation probers certainly are proving themselves to be very inconsistent in appreciating so-called evidence, and  even the conduct of their investigations. The Daily Tribune

Ninez Cacho-Olivares: nbsp;As for her main whistleblower, Benhur Luy, his ledger and his digital file copy, Leila, Conchita Carpio-Morales and not to forget Grace Pulido-Tan, all claimed that the CoA special audit, Luy’s affidavit and testimony before the Senate yellow ribbon panel, his ledger which he himself prepared just a year ago, were &ldquo slam dunk evidence” to get the three convicted.  The Daily Tribune
