Newly seated Assistant Secretary Jusan Vincent “JV” Arcena of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) thanked President Rodrigo Duterte for his appointment and vowed to “work harder” to effectively disseminate official messages.
“Unang-una, thank you po sa tiwala at kumpiyansang ibinigay po ninyo sa akin – at kay Pangulong Duterte at ipinapangako ko po na I will work harder para ho sa tuluy-tuloy na paglilingkod sa ating mga kababayan at para maiparating iyong mensahe ng atin pong administrasyon sa atin pong mga kababayan,” Arcena said in his radio program Cabinet Report sa Teleradyo.
The chief of the Office of the Global Media Affairs also expressed gratitude to Communications Secretary Martin Andanar for the continued trust.
“Ako po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa inyo pong tiwala at sa atin pong mga kasamahan sa PCOO at kay Pangulong Duterte,” he said.
Arcena, former TV 5 reporter and former information officer at the United States Depatment of State’s Asia-Pacific Media Hub, took his oath of office before Duterte in Malacañang last September 17.
