Lacierda blasts critics of health workers: ‘Dalhin sa Mars ang negatron!’
One big thank you.
Former Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda has expressed gratitude to the country’s health frontliners battling the coronavirus and hit back at their critics.
In a latest post on Twitter, Lacierda said the nation is indebted to the selfless service of these medical professionals as the country deals with the pandemic. Those giving off negative vibes should be sent to Mars, according to the former government official.
“A grateful people is indebted to your selfless service! LABAN LANG! Dalhin sa Mars ang negatron!” Lacierda tweeted.
The country’s health sector earlier asked the government to bring Metro Manila back to enhanced community quarantine following the escalating cases of infections.
Senator Cynthia Villar however rejected the appeal of the health workers, saying they should instead do their jobs better. The senator’s controversial remark drew a deluge of criticisms on social media.
