Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla has had enough of bashers spreading fake news about him.
In a radio interview Saturday (September 12), Revilla said he will go after those who posted misleading information online that he died due to COVID-19.
Revilla also believes the penalty for cyberbullying should be increased. He noted that Senate President Vicente Sotto III already filed a bill penalizing fake news.
Revilla announced in August that he tested positive for COVID-19. He had to be hospitalized for pneumonia but he has since made a full recovery.
