LOOK: Duterte dances to tune of ‘Manila’ during SEA Games athletes parade

President Rodrigo Duterte appeared to be in a light mood during the opening ceremony of the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games on Saturday.
Duterte was seen dancing to the tune of the song “Manila” by Hotdogs at the athletes’ parade held at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
At the opening ceremony, the President also declared the official opening of the biennial sports meet.
“I declare open the Southeast Asian Games for the 30th time, celebrating the games of the Southeast Asia. Mabuhay kayong lahat!” he said.
The 2019 SEA Games will run for 12 days until the closing ceremony at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium on December 11.
