Not all netizens are happy with U2 frontman Bono’s list of Filipino women honored during the band’s concert Wednesday night.

Several Twitter users disagreed with Bono’s selection Senator Pia Cayetano, claiming she does not deserve to be in the same category as other powerful and influential women.

“That spot belonged to Hontiveros or De Lima. Pia Cayetano is a fake feminist and and an enabler,” @MozzarellaFoxxx tweeted.

“Pia Cayetano is proof that women in power do not necessarily empower women,” @ENGR_WHO commented.

“pia cayetano????? hell, remind me please what she did to be in the level of lea and maria ressa, let alone, melchora aquino” arjun@arjun94126786 tweeted.

U2 dedicated its song “Ultraviolet (Light My Way)” to the women of the world, including influential Filipino women. Among the Filipinas given tribute were Cayetano, former President Corazon Aquino, broadway singer Lea Salonga, revolutionary heroine Melchor Aquino, and Rappler boss Maria Ressa.
