Oo nga naman! Bersamin: Other countries shouldn’t meddle in PH’s affairs

Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin believes no country should be allowed to interfere into the Philippines’ internal affairs.

Bersamin backed the statements made by Malacanang Spokesman Salvador Panelo regarding the decision of United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to investigate the killings committed during the country’s ongoing war against illegal drugs.

Last July 11, only 18 of the 47 member-countries of the UNHRC voted in favor of the Iceland Resolution calling for a probe of the killings in the Philippines.

In the voting, 14 countries voted against the resolution while 15 other countries abstained.
