Palace ‘saddened’ by alleged drug links of 31 celebs

Malacanang said it was “saddened” by the recent announcement of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) that 31 Filipino celebrities are included in their drug watch list.
“We are saddened that these people are involved but we will never tolerate it,” spokesperson Salvador Panelo said in a media briefing on Tuesday.
Panelo said the anti-drugs agency should charge these individuals if sufficient evidence against them exists.
Should PDEA bare the names of celebrities included in drug watch list?
“I think (they) will have to get permission from the President before they can do that,” the Palace official said.
